Register and verify your email
Create your client account with your email and mobile number. We send a 6-digit code to your email; your registration is accepted only after you enter it.
Choose your services
Select the Full Operational Control Package and any add-ons. Your choices create the activity plan in your dashboard.
Meet your Client Executive
A dedicated Client Executive is assigned to you. Their name appears in your dashboard straight away, and all your messages with them are kept there on record.
Agree scope, budget and contract
We agree a written scope, budget and timeline. Nothing is booked and no vendor is paid before you approve it.
Track every activity
Follow overall progress, each activity and every sub-task in your dashboard, with photos, videos and receipts uploaded as work is done.
Event day and closing report
We run the day on site. Afterwards you receive a closing report with final vendor settlements and the remaining balance.
What happens after you register
Email verification
A 6-digit code is sent to your email. Your registration is accepted only after you enter it, so reports and receipts always reach the right address.
Client Executive assigned
Once verified, you are assigned a dedicated Client Executive. Their name appears in your dashboard and you can message them there straight away.
Your activity plan is created
The services you chose become activities with sub-tasks in your dashboard, ready for your Client Executive to update as work is done.
Who decides what
You decide: the budget, the venue, the menu, the décor direction, the vendors and every change that affects cost.
We handle: sourcing and comparing options, negotiating, contracts, vendor payments from the approved budget, site visits, quality checks and coordination on the day.
Every decision is recorded, so there is never a question later about who agreed to what.
How long it takes
For a full wedding with several functions, three to six months gives the best choice of venues and vendors in Karachi. Smaller events can be arranged in four to six weeks. Day-of Coordination needs two to three weeks notice.
